    Electric company belonging to an international group with a significant presence in Spain.

    CHALLENGE

    Develop a data processing system of its extensive customer base in order to create a loyalty tool.

    ACTIONS

    This initiative is being a differentiator against competition and surveys about the perceived quality of the company show significant improvements in customer segments treated. The development model solutions undertaken enable replication in other geographies & companies. It is being considered as a possible source of additional income to provide this service to others not in competition.

    Automotive industrial plant belonging to an international company.

    CHALLENGE

    Understanding consumer problems between different assembly lines and fix problems.

    ACTIONS

    Adaptation of automation, reviewing operating parameters, comparing identical production lines with different energy costs, consumption optimization. Project managed by the internal engineering services in collaboration with Enefgy managers.

    Time affects all machinery, and it why it is necessary to know the correct use of the machines to understand when problems arise.

    Distribution chain in the food industry national implementation.

    CHALLENGE

    Monitoring a network of 330 plants with a large dispersion and management problems.

    ACTIONS

    Regular monitoring of consumption, validation of energy efficiency solutions, small investment optimization, consumer awareness of employees, and more.

    LEARNED LESSONS

    It is not necessary to measure all sub-circuits to control facilities, nor a massive deployment, although energy x-ray allows gaining each business unit necessity.

    CHALLENGE

    The struggle between maintenance and end customers to develop energy management plans.

    ACTIONS

    Project in 60 buildings with 157 measuring points. Operating at 100% in less than three months, based on optimizing the use of air conditioning program technical rooms. Adjust parameters to operating system without investment.

    LEARNED LESSONS

    Consumption in standby or also known as ghost-consumption can be made due to many factors, but sometimes the most unusual and easier to manage allows much greater savings without investment.

    Develop a simple communication for students to learn how with little effort it is possible to greatly reduce the energy footprint.

    ACTIONS

    Analysis of consumption across all buildings of the university and turn everything into visual systems throughout the university, with signage and simple reports to reach a more simple people.

    As the saying goes, "A picture is worth a thousand words." The simple and visual communication energy increases the understanding of people about unattractive issues

    The customer decided to install advanced management systems. In wasn’t successful in many cases due to the complexity of managing the solution.

    Analyze patterns of consumption of large power distribution lines dispersed with complex access.

    LEARNED LESSONS

    The most basic communication technologies are the most robust in sparsely populated environments. The lack of control of consumption leaves incredible opportunities arising from rebalancing phase, use of renewable energy supplements and evidently behavioral measures of common sense, but difficult to implement if there is no evidence and monitored data.

    Opportunities to combine precise knowledge of consumption and renewable sources of supply are a paradigm untapped, even with the rise of the Smart meters, the information obtained is not always available easily, and is reliable in the detail to be obtained once processed.
